At LevaFashion, we value our customers time and money. We strive to deliver your products in excellent condition and on or before the promised date. To achieve this, we've partnered with top logistics companies, including Delhivery, First Flight, Overnite Express, and Ecom Express.

Delivery Timeline:

  • Standard Shipping (India): 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping (India): 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-15 business days depending on the destination country

Shipping Charges:

  • Pan India: We offer free shipping across India.
  • International Orders: Shipping fees vary depending on destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order on our website or through the courier company’s tracking portal.

Cancellation Policy

LevaFashion reserves the right to cancel any order without explanation if we cannot fulfill it. We will communicate cancellations and any applicable refunds promptly.

If you wish to cancel your order after confirmation, please email us at support@indowest.shop with your ORDER No.

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. No cancellations are allowed beyond this period, except under extenuating circumstances.
  • Any cancellations accepted after 24 hours will be at LevaFashion’s discretion and will result in a credit voucher code for future purchases.
  • Cancellation requests are not accepted via phone or online chat.

Sale Products:

  • Discount coupon codes are not applicable to sale items.

Customized Products/Orders

Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a manufacturing defect. Customization costs are non-discountable.

Order Delays/Cancellations

Due to the complexities of production, some orders may experience delays. If our garment construction team finds discrepancies in your provided measurements, we may reach out to verify them, which could further delay your order.

Please note that cancellations are not possible once the garment construction process has begun.

Refunds

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a full credit voucher (excluding shipping costs) for future purchases.
  • During peak times, such as sales or festive periods, processing returns may take longer.
  • Products purchased during sales are not eligible for refunds.
  • LevaFashion will not issue refunds exceeding the product's value.
